Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may not generate, upload, or distribute using the Service. It applies to every prompt, every uploaded reference file, and every output.

You are solely responsible for what you generate and for what you do with it. RawCraft is a tool: you choose the prompt, you choose the reference material, and you decide how the result is used. Generating something through the Service does not make it lawful, and does not transfer your responsibility for it to us.

The Service produces output using third-party AI models. We do not review, curate, or approve output before it reaches you, and we make no representation that any output is accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any purpose. Output may be unexpected, offensive, or wrong.

Additional rules also bind you: the terms of our payment processor and of the card networks, and the acceptable-use terms of the underlying model providers. Where any of those are stricter than this AUP, the stricter rule applies.

2. Absolute prohibitions — no exceptions

The following are never permitted, in any style or medium, including stylized, illustrated, animated, or "artistic" treatments, and regardless of any fictional framing, disclaimer, parody claim, or artistic justification.

Sexual content involving minors. Content depicting, implying, or sexualizing any person under 18, including stylized or illustrated characters and including characters described as "aged up". There is no exception of any kind.

Content that sexualizes childhood itself, including school settings, children's clothing, toys, or youth-coded features presented in a sexual context.

Non-consensual sexual imagery of real, identifiable people ("NCII"), including undressing, sexualizing, or placing a real person into sexual content without their consent.

Sexual content involving animals, or content depicting sexual violence, rape, incest, or torture.

Content that plans, promotes, glorifies, or provides operational assistance for terrorism, mass violence, or attacks on people or infrastructure.

Content that provides operational instructions for weapons, explosives, or the synthesis of controlled substances or poisons.

Content depicting real, extreme gore or the death, injury, or remains of real identifiable people.

Material that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or child abuse in any form.

3. Prohibited — sexual and explicit content

RawCraft is not an adult platform. You may not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute sexually explicit material, pornography, or sexually suggestive content.

This includes: depictions of sexual acts or simulated sexual activity; exposed genitals, anus, or female nipples; content whose primary purpose is sexual arousal; fetish material; and depictions of a person in underwear, lingerie, or a state of undress presented in a sexual manner.

The prohibition applies in every style and medium — photographic, illustrated, animated, rendered, or otherwise — and regardless of any artistic, fictional, satirical, or educational framing.

Prompts are screened before generation. A request that our screening classifies as sexual or explicit is refused, the generation does not start, and you are not charged credits. Screening is automated and imperfect: the fact that a prompt was not blocked is not permission, and generating such content remains a breach of this policy.

This section is in addition to the absolute prohibitions in section 2, which apply without exception and are never affected by context or intent.

4. Prohibited without exception — impersonation and deception

Fabricating identity or official documents, including passports, driving licences, national ID cards, visas, bank statements, invoices, certificates, or diplomas.

Impersonating a real person, business, or public authority in a way that could mislead, including forged signatures, letterheads, and official seals.

Deepfakes that place a real, identifiable person in a situation they were not in, where a reasonable viewer could take it as genuine — including political and electoral content, statements attributed to public figures, and endorsements.

Content created to support fraud, phishing, scams, fake reviews, fake testimonials, or investment and cryptocurrency deception.

Malware, credential-harvesting pages, or assets designed to enable unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

Presenting AI-generated output as an authentic photograph, recording, or documentary record of a real event.

5. Prohibited — rights of others

Uploading reference images or video that you do not own or do not have permission to use.

Uploading images of any identifiable person without their consent, and never of a person you know or believe to be under 18.

Generating content that infringes copyright, trade marks, design rights, or other intellectual property of a third party, including deliberate reproduction of protected characters, logos, or brand identities for commercial use.

Generating content that defames a real person or business, or that harasses, threatens, stalks, or incites violence or hatred against a person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

6. Prohibited — misuse of the Service

Attempting to bypass, disable, probe, or work around the Service's content screening, moderation, rate limits, credit accounting, or any other safeguard, including through prompt obfuscation, encoding, character substitution, or splitting prohibited requests across multiple generations.

Automated or scripted access, scraping, resale of access, or sharing account credentials.

Using the Service to build, train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing AI model.

Any use that is unlawful where you are located, or that would place RawCraft, its payment processor, or its model providers in breach of their own obligations.

7. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use the Service. You confirmed this when you created your account.

You must not allow anyone under 18 to access the Service through your account.

8. Enforcement

Prompts are screened before generation. If a prompt is blocked under this policy, the generation does not start and you are not charged credits.

Screening is automated and imperfect. The fact that a prompt was not blocked does not mean the content is permitted, does not constitute approval, and does not limit our rights under this policy. You remain responsible for the request you made.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove content, refuse or cancel a generation, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, and retain records of blocked or prohibited activity.

Where we are legally required to do so, we may report activity to law enforcement or to the relevant authorities, and preserve related records.

Termination for a breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund of credits or fees, except where a refund is required by law.

9. Reporting and takedown

If you believe content generated through RawCraft violates this policy or your rights, please report it — see our Takedown / Report Content page for how to do so and what to include.

Urgent reports concerning child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate imagery should be sent to info@rawcraft.ai and will be prioritized.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service, the law, or our providers' requirements change. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.
