Subscription Terms

1. The Plan

RawCraft offers a single monthly subscription at $29.99/month, which includes 1,200 credits per billing period.

New subscribers with no prior subscription history receive a discounted first period at $4.99 for 250 credits. This discount applies automatically at checkout and is not available to accounts with a previous subscription.

2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at $29.99/month, charged to the payment method on file with Creem, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Credit Packs

Active subscribers can additionally purchase one-time credit packs, which do not expire:

• 350 credits — $14.99

• 1,600 credits — $39.99

• 4,500 credits — $89.99

Credit packs are only available to active subscribers and are billed once, with no recurring charge.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again after cancelling.

5. What Happens to Your Credits

Subscription credits are refreshed each billing period and do not carry over — unused subscription credits from a prior period do not accumulate into the next one. Credit pack purchases do not expire and are used after subscription credits are exhausted for that period.

6. Price Changes

If we change subscription pricing, the new price will apply starting from your next renewal after the change takes effect; we will take reasonable steps to notify active subscribers in advance.
